Yet another bug has cropped up on the TiVoHD. We tried to record a show (‘Closeup’) following the News, but the TiVo reported that it was already being recorded. It was within 15min of the end of the news, so the News end-padding was still being recorded. The ‘now showing’ list had only the News listed with the red recording symbol, and the ‘to do’ list did not have Closeup listed. The only way to record Closeup was to stop the News from recording, and then it was possible to record Closeup. The second tuner was not in use at the time.
I don’t know if there is any point in submitting a bug report, since customer ‘service’ will prbably just close the help ticket, or make dumb suggestions.
Pete do you have a communications channel by which you can get bug reports to the HybridTV development team?

I have just purchased a TiVo box and tried to connect it to my Xnet ISP provider using a Cisco WAG310G modem. While the TiVo and the WAG310G recognise each other and all ports are opened I can not get past the N13 error message during the "connections" page on TiVo setup. Have tried bith wireless modem and ethernet connections. Plus everytime I try to connect to TiVo it flips out our VOIP telephone also connected to Xnet. My guess is that there is some sort of incompatibility between TiVo and Xnet. Has anyone else had this problem or are there any thoughts out there on how to get TiVo setup with Xnet as the ISP. Thanks

Anyone else had problems getting sorted? Telecom promise replacement boxes if something goes wrong. What they don’t tell you prior to purchase, is that you have to deal with Caspa in Australia. Friday, we were told to email reference number and details to Caspa in Australia, and after acknowledgement from Caspa, we would receive a replacement box within 3 or 4 days. We are now almost a week later, and still have had no acknowledgement from Caspa. Telecom continue to pass the buck, and although they have TiVo boxes in-store "it is not their policy" to swap faulty ones out. No one can get hold of anyone sensible in Australia to talk to, to get a response. Anyone had a problem like this and able to resolve it?

This has been empty for a couple of weeks now, and not just my Tivo, happens on the kids Tivo as well, different ISP, etc

My Tivo won’t keep updated time. Set the time manually to get to NZDT, then fixtivotime or phone will reset it to NZST.
Is the emulator still on NZST or have I mucked something up since last time change?
