I am now locked in to thepurchase and would not have got it without this feel really ripped off. They should take all reference to HNP off the NZ site. It is only mentioned once in the whole site that it is not available here. Wish I could return it but probably too late. Also do you note that they only have email instructions for customer support but I did phone 123 and ask for TIVO support one night and got help.
